About Social Croww: Social Croww is a performance-driven digital marketing agency working with brands across India and global markets. We specialize in building scalable D2C brands through high-converting creatives, performance marketing, and content systems.

We are not looking for planners or theorists. We are building a team of people who can execute fast, think creatively, and produce content that drives real results.

Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time, in-house content creator Intern who can handle end-to-end content production and social media management across multiple brands.

This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for ideation, shooting, editing, AI content creation, and daily posting.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos

Execute trend-based content quickly with strong hooks and retention

AI Content Creation

Create AI-generated videos and visuals using tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.

Combine AI and real content to increase content output and quality

Social Media Management

Manage Instagram accounts of multiple brands

Post and schedule daily content including reels and stories

Maintain brand consistency and improve engagement

Content Strategy & Ideation

Plan and execute monthly content calendars

Create trending and educational content in the digital marketing space

Work closely with the performance team to build ad creatives

Production & Editing

Handle basic shoot setups (lighting, framing, angles)

Edit videos with fast-paced, engaging formats suited for social media
