Content Creation & CRM Executive

Panchanan International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, energetic, and customer-focused Content Creation & CRM Executive to manage social media content, customer engagement, and CRM activities for its fashion retail business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, and promotional videos.

• Shoot and edit fashion, product, new-arrival, and in-store videos.

• Design creatives, banners, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.

• Use AI tools to enhance content creation and editing.

• Manage the social media content calendar and maintain consistent posting.

• Track engagement, reach, and content performance.

2. CRM & Customer Engagement

• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.

• Manage customer communication through WhatsApp, calls, and messages.

• Share new arrivals, offers, product updates, and promotional campaigns with customers.

• Conduct customer follow-ups to encourage repeat purchases and improve retention.

• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the store team to address concerns.

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow data confidentiality practices.

3. Marketing Campaigns & Reporting

• Execute promotional campaigns for new collections, festive seasons, and special offers.

• Coordinate with the sales and store teams for marketing activities.

• Monitor customer responses, leads, and campaign performance.

• Prepare regular reports on content performance and CRM activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.

• 13 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, CRM, or digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, and current social media trends.

• Basic video shooting and editing skills.

• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with AI creative tools.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Good communication, creativity, and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely creation and posting of planned content.

• Quality, reach, and engagement of social media content.

• Consistent updating and accuracy of CRM records.

• Timely customer follow-ups and campaign execution.

• Customer engagement, retention, and repeat-purchase support.

• Timely and accurate reporting of marketing and CRM activities.
