Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹14,500–₹15,000
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 6 months–1 year in sales, marketing, business development or client coordination

Help ACS reach new clients and turn enquiries into business.

ACS provides security services, housekeeping, facility management, manpower outsourcing and horticulture services. We are looking for a proactive professional to support our growth through field marketing, digital promotions, lead generation and consistent client follow-up.

Your Responsibilities

• Find new business: Identify potential clients such as factories, warehouses, offices, hospitals, educational institutions and commercial properties.

• Connect with decision-makers: Reach out through calls, emails, WhatsApp and scheduled visits to understand their service requirements.

• Manage enquiries and follow-ups: Maintain accurate lead records, arrange meetings and follow up on proposals and quotations.

• Execute marketing activities: Coordinate online campaigns, local promotions, events and BTL activities that generate relevant enquiries.

• Strengthen ACS’s digital presence: Help create and publish professional content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Research the market: Track competitors, customer needs and opportunities for ACS’s services.

• Coordinate internally: Work with management, vendors and operations teams to support client onboarding and timely responses.

• Report progress: Share clear updates on outreach, meetings, enquiries, proposals and conversions.

What We’re Looking For

• Clear communication, professional behaviour and confidence when speaking with clients.

• Willingness to make calls, visit prospective clients and follow up consistently.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, email, social media and WhatsApp Business.

• Familiarity with Canva and AI tools for content creation, research and everyday work.

• Good organisation, a creative approach and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
