WeJoy Live Host / Chat Host

Job Overview

We are looking for confident, energetic, and friendly WeJoy Hosts to engage with users through live streaming, voice/video calls, chat, games, and interactive activities. The host is responsible for maintaining an active presence, building a regular audience, and achieving daily activity and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Go live on the WeJoy platform according to the assigned schedule.

• Interact professionally and positively with users.

• Participate in voice/video calls and live matches.

• Respond to messages, comments, and user requests.

• Build and maintain a regular audience.

• Participate in games, rooms, and interactive activities.

• Encourage genuine user engagement and virtual gifting.

• Maintain consistent daily attendance and live hours.

• Follow WeJoy community guidelines and agency policies.

• Maintain professional behaviour during live sessions.

Daily Work Target

•Targets and payout terms should be confirmed according to the current platform/agency agreement.

Earning Structure

Host earnings may consist of:

Basic/Fixed Salary + Call Earnings + Virtual Gift/Bean Earnings + Performance Bonus

Actual earnings depend on the applicable agency agreement, activity, targets, and platform payout rules.

Candidate Requirements

• Age: 18+

• Smartphone with a good camera

• Stable internet connection

• Good communication skills

• Confident and friendly personality

• Ability to communicate with different types of users

• Willingness to work consistently according to the assigned schedule

• Previous hosting experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

2–4 hours per day, depending on the host level and assigned target.

Important Rules

• No abusive or offensive behaviour.

• No fake promises or misleading users.

• No sharing of account credentials.

• No unauthorized promotion of other platforms.

• Follow all platform safety and community guidelines.

• Maintain professional conduct at all times.

Career Growth

New Host → Basic Host → Professional Host → Elite/Top Host

High-performing hosts may become eligible for additional performance incentives according to the applicable agency policy.
