Job Title: Branding & Advertising Executive

Job Summary
Max Holidays is seeking a proactive and creative Branding & Advertising Executive to strengthen the company's market presence and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing branding, advertising, and promotional strategies that increase brand awareness, generate business opportunities, and position the company as a trusted name in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Promotion
Develop and implement branding strategies to increase the company's visibility and market presence.
Create annual and quarterly branding and advertising plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify innovative opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
Advertising & Marketing
Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and other media platforms.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, printers, and vendors.
Manage promotional materials, brochures, standees, banners, corporate presentations, and marketing collateral.
Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
Business Promotion & Partnerships
Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, educational institutions, tourism organizations, hotels, and other strategic partners.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, roadshows, seminars, and corporate meetings.
Identify sponsorship, co-branding, and promotional partnership opportunities.
Public Relations
Assist in developing and maintaining a positive public image for the company.
Coordinate press releases, media interactions, interviews, and promotional events.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand ambassador initiatives where applicable.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
Identify new promotional channels and customer acquisition opportunities.
Prepare reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and market insights.
Recommend strategies to improve brand recognition and customer reach.
Digital Branding
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all online platforms.
Support social media campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and content initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Product, and Management teams to align branding initiatives with business goals.
Support product launches, special campaigns, and promotional events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in branding, advertising, marketing, public relations, or business development.
Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
