Compensation: ₹3.2 – ₹4 lacs per annum (fixed + variable)
Educate shoppers about Dead Honest as a beverage category — communicate how it differs from others.
Offer chilled tastings and confidently explain flavour profiles and benefits.
Drive sales by converting samplers into buyers — engage every shopper passing by the beverage section.
Track in-store inventory and coordinate with the store manager and Dead Honest team to raise Purchase Orders (POs) on time to maintain shelf availability.
Ensure cans are always front-facing, price tags visible, and promotional materials properly displayed.
Capture daily activity data — samples given, cans sold, customer feedback, and report to HO through WhatsApp
Build relationships with store staff and managers to ensure smoother restocking and better shelf placement.
Smart, energetic, well-spoken.
Comfortable explaining products to customers.
Prior experience as a promoter or merchandiser.
Hygienic and presentable — adheres to food-safety standards during sampling.
Reliable with good reporting discipline (daily check-ins and sales data).
Product education & category creation for new-age functional beverages.
Modern trade retail exposure.
Hands-on experience in sampling, sales conversion, and brand storytelling.
