Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain brand guidelines across all business functions.

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital, print, retail, and marketing channels.

• Review and approve marketing, promotional, and communication materials from a brand compliance perspective.

• Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and Business teams to strengthen brand positioning.

• Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.

Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal company policies.

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.

• Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify potential risks.

• Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and process documentation.

• Coordinate with Legal, Quality, Operations, and other departments on compliance matters.

• Maintain compliance records and prepare reports for management.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and compliance objectives are achieved.

• Provide compliance awareness and training to employees.

• Support internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Compliance, Marketing Compliance, or Corporate Governance.

• Strong understanding of brand governance and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in policy development, audit coordination, and risk management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Experience in Healthcare, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Pharmaceutical industries will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Law, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• MBA or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to healthcare and retail businesses.

• Experience in ISO standards, internal audits, and compliance reporting.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
