Brand & Content Marketing Executive

Brand & Content Marketing Executive Location: TSIIC Industrial Park, Sultanpur, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Management

•Manage company's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms •Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with a marketing agency

•Ideate content based on products, customers, trends, campaigns and brand objectives

• Create/coordinate reels, carousels, static posts, stories and videos

• Ensure regular and consistent publishing across platforms

• Repurpose content intelligently across multiple platforms

• Monitor trends, competitors and relevant conversations

2. Content Creation & Shooting We want someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty and creating content themselves.

• Shoot raw videos using a smartphone/camera

• Create product demos and product-focused content

• Shoot behind-the-scenes, office, team and founder content

• Maintain an organised library of photos, videos and raw content

•Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers and external agencies when required. You don't need to be a professional videographer. We want someone who can take an idea and turn it into usable content.

3. Brand Strategy & Branding

• Understand target customers and competitive landscape

• Support the development of brand positioning and communication

• Develop content pillars and communication themes

• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual communication

• Research competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate

• Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches and long-term brand-building initiatives

•Ensure that our communication is aligned with larger vision as we expand into new product categories

4. Marketing Support

• Assist in planning festive campaigns, product launches and promotional campaigns • Develop creative briefs and marketing concepts

• Support influencer and UGC collaborations

• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, creators and other partners

• Support offline branding and dealer/retail marketing activities when required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is:

We don't want someone whose approach is: “Tell me what to post and I'll upload it.” We want someone who thinks: “What should company be saying? Why should we say it? Who should we say it to? What content can communicate it? Where should we publish it?
