BD Executive

1.       Business Development Executive.

o   Experience of at least 0.6 - 2 years.

o   Facility Management Background will be preferred.

Brief Description:

1.      Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts.

2.      Business development through direct sales.

3.      Lead Generation.

4.      Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele.

5.      Identifying streams for revenue growth.

6.     Devising effective strategy with a view to achieve top line and bottom line profitability of the organization

7.      Making presentations and proposals for corporate clients, formulating budgets ensuring adherence to planned expenses.

8.      Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets.

9.      Analyzing the business trends to profit future outcomes, anticipate problem & take action keeping the future envision in mind.

10.  Coordinating with procurement and operations team for smooth functioning of the business & development.

11.  Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

12.  Initiating the contract renewal process.

13.  Formulating SOPs for new sites.
