The Assistant Agency Manager will be responsible for monitoring, driving, and managing the agency business in the assigned location. The role involves:
Agency Management
Recruit, activate, and engage agents to meet business objectives.
Monitor agent productivity and ensure adherence to engagement metrics.
Ensure uniform practices across the agency network.
Business Growth
Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets as defined by the organization.
Provide strategic inputs based on geographical analysis.
Periodically review, design, and implement business plans to improve performance.
Operational Excellence
Drive renewals to achieve target metrics.
Implement initiatives to enhance agent performance and retention.
