About the Initiative:

City Development Hub is an emerging collaborative initiative focused on reimagining how cities are perceived, experienced, and promoted.

Our current efforts center around enhancing the visibility of Bhopal through innovative ideas in tourism, hospitality, storytelling, cultural branding, digital media, and community engagement.

We are looking for curious, proactive individuals who enjoy research, strategy, and execution, and who want to contribute to projects with real-world impact.

Role: Process Associate and Assistant Manager

As a Process Associate, you will work closely with the core team to transform ideas into actionable projects.

This is a multidisciplinary role suited for people who are comfortable learning, collaborating, and taking initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on tourism, culture, hospitality, and urban development.
• Assist in brainstorming and evaluating innovative city-branding ideas.
• Coordinate with team members, mentors, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Organize meetings, track action items, and support project execution.
• Identify trends, case studies, and best practices from India and around the world.
• Contribute to digital campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and outreach activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.
• Ability to research independently and present findings clearly.
• Interest in tourism, culture, branding, marketing, entrepreneurship, or public policy is a plus.
• Self-driven and capable of working in a collaborative environment.
