We are looking for a Communications & Partnerships Assistant Manager to join our team at Sushena Health Foundation.
This role focuses on communication, partnerships, outreach activities, and campaign coordination. It involves both online and offline engagement to promote public health programs, build partnerships, and strengthen the organization’s brand. Assist in planning and executing communication and outreach campaigns
Coordinate with hospitals, NGOs, partners, vendors, and internal teams
Support events, field visits, awareness programs, and BTL activities
Collect basic data, reports, and insights from programs and partners
Support brand building, visibility, and awareness initiatives
Assist in creating presentations, campaign materials, and reports
Support social media coordination on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Communications / Management / Social Sciences / Public Health or related field)
Experience: 3–6 years in communications, partnerships, NGO, healthcare, or social sector roles
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools
Familiarity with marketing, communication, or AI tools is an added advantage
Creative thinking and willingness to learn
Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and field activities
