## 📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, meeting clients, generating leads, promoting company products, and converting prospects into customers.

## 🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Visit construction sites and meet contractors, builders, architects, and potential clients.

✔️ Generate new leads and identify business opportunities within the assigned area.

✔️ Promote and explain company products and services to prospective customers.

✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

✔️ Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

✔️ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

✔️ Gather market information, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

✔️ Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and timely delivery.

✔️ Maintain daily sales, lead, and customer records.

✔️ Ensure customer satisfaction and support post-sales requirements.

✔️ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

## 🛠️ Required Skills

✅ Good verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

✅ Basic knowledge of Email communication.

✅ Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

✅ Willingness to travel for field visits.

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

## 🎓 Qualification & Experience

✔️ Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.

✔️ 2–6 years of experience in Field Sales / Area Sales / Construction Sales.

✔️ Experience in the construction, building materials, or formwork industry will be an added advantage.

✔️ Male candidates only.

✔️ Confident and presentable personality.

✔️ Good knowledge of the local market and construction industry preferred.

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory.
