Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled VMC and HMC Operator cum Setter responsible for operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring quality machining as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up VMC and HMC machines as per production requirements.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions accurately.

• Conduct tool offset, program setting, and inspection of machined components.

• Ensure first-piece approval and maintain production quality throughout the batch.

• Follow 5S standards, machine maintenance, and workplace discipline.

• Identify and report deviations or machine issues to supervisors.

• Maintain production records and ensure target completion on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or related trade.

• 2–5 years of experience in CNC VMC / HMC operation and setting.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of cutting tools, offsets, and machining parameters.

• Awareness of 5S, safety, and quality standards.
