सुपरवाइजर

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner/Scheduler to join our Operations team in India.
This role is responsible for efficient production planning, scheduling, and managing the entire order lifecycle—from order release to final shipment. The ideal candidate should have strong MRP system experience (Infor M3 preferred) and a solid background in manufacturing or assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and track work orders based on MRP analysis and customer demand.

• Plan and schedule all work orders and sales orders for the production floor.

• Maintain the Master Production Schedule to meet customer deadlines and optimize inventory levels.

• Work closely with Customer Service teams to expedite orders, provide updates, and resolve issues.

• Analyze backorder reports, adjust schedules, and implement corrective actions to reduce delays.

• Communicate all schedule changes to production teams and internal stakeholders.

• Resolve allocation issues affecting picklist generation and ensure accurate order execution.

• Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), rework activities, and special product requirements.

• Coordinate with procurement and buyers to prioritize material requirements for uninterrupted production.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  (Associate degree with strong experience may be considered)

• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing/light assembly

• Experience with MRP-based systems (Infor M3 preferred)

• Strong knowledge of forecasting and demand planning

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure
