Maintain and update stock records for A-Class, B-Class, and consumable items.
Handle material receipt, verification, tagging, and proper storage as per standards.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and quality control (QC) teams for material inspection and clearance.
Ensure timely issue of materials based on production requirements and work orders.
Monitor reorder levels and prepare material requirement reports.
Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, stock registers, and issue slips.
Handle rejection clearance and coordinate for return-to-vendor or scrap disposal.
Plan and schedule regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Maintain ERP / Excel entries for all stock movements.
Support in transport and dispatch planning for finished goods.
Conduct local vendor visits for material collection or verification when required.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping in the store area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies strictly.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
Proficiency in ERP software / MS Excel / Tally.
Good understanding of material classification and documentation.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Basic knowledge of transport and logistics.
