Position Name – Production Associate

Location – Banglore (Jigani)

Qualification- Diploma EEE / E&C / ITI Electrician / Electronics Mechanic (Only Passed

Candidates)

Gender – Male

Age limit – 18 - 25 Years

Experience – 0 to 4 years

Working Hours – 8 hours Rotational shift (1st Shift – 06:00 AM-2:00 PM, 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM-

10:00 Pm, 3rd Shift - 10:00 PM - 6: 00 AM, 4th Shift - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Other Benefits – ESIC PF Benefits available, Canteen and Food facility is provided by the

company.

Canteen & Transport Facility available –

• Transport Deduction for Staffing : 1000 (For Female Employees door pickup & drop

will be done with Security guard) for Female employee’s transportation is mandatory ,

IF male employee not availing company transportation, he will get additionally 1000/-

RS).

• Associates whichever shift they come, they will get one breakfast & one lunch.

Additional Benefits –

• Attendance Bonus : 500 per month, IF Associates present full month, without any

LOP.

• Night allowance : 100 Per Day, Its only for Male candidates, Every 15 days once Shift

will get change.

Mandatory Pointer –

1. Candidates should reach the premises on or before 8.30 AM. If selected and joining.

2. Mask is mandatory to enter premises.

3. Candidates should be within our transport grid. (If applicable)

4. Ready to work in shifts.

5. Willing to work in a long run.

Job Responsibilities –

1. Maintains and manages tools and equipment used in the workshop.

2. Candidates will do minor repairs to motor vehicles under guidance of Mechanic

Automobile

3. Candidates are responsible for the repair and routine servicing and maintenance

(including electrical and mechanical aggregates) of vehicles.

4. Candidates is responsible to assemble complete vehicle from finished components.

5. Work nature includes electronic assemblies such as, Component identification,

Component inspection, PCBA inspection, Storage and handling, Conformal coating,

Manual soldering and SMT/THT machine handling in PCBA line.

6. Work nature includes mechanical process such Brazing, Plumbing and Insulations in

Chiller lines.

7. Works under the supervision of Mentor (Senior employee) and follow the operation

work standards provided and accountable for line efficiency.
