About the role –

As a Store Executive at Saksham Signs, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials. The role supports smooth production flow by maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with purchase, production, and accounts departments.

Location – Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.

Core responsibilities –

● Material Handling & Store Operations – Receive raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods as per delivery documents, Inspect materials for quantity and basic quality checks before acceptance, Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items for easy access, Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.

● Inventory Management -Maintain updated stock records in Manual &  the system Excel, Conduct daily/weekly stock verification and report discrepancies, Assist in monthly and annual physical stock audits.

● Documentation & Coordination– Prepare issue slips, return notes, and other store-related documents, Coordinate with procurement for reorder requirements and pending materials, Work with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials, Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.

● Compliance & Safety –Ensure materials are stored following safety standards and company policies, Monitor shelf life and damage of stored items, Support adherence to ISO,or internal audit requirements.

Must have skills –

● Qualification - Graduation / Diploma - Commerce, Supply Chain and related field.

● Experience Require- 1-3 Yrs into Same Profile as- Store Executive into Manufacturing Industry.

● Technical Skills- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes, Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel, Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and inventory control concepts,  Physically fit to handle store movements and inventory checks, Experience in handling manufacturing raw materials, WIP, or packaging materials.

● Excellent Communication Skills – Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
