Job Title: Quality Inspector – Casting Parts

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team at Maswer Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. The role primarily focuses on Casting Parts Quality Inspection, ensuring that all components meet company and client quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of casting components as per drawings and specifications.

• Identify casting defects such as blowholes, cracks, porosity, shrinkage, etc.

• Perform in-process and final inspection to ensure product conformity.

• Use measurement instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.

• Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and rejection analysis.

• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Support tool room activities, mold trials, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.

• Participate in process audits and quality meetings to enhance product reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.

• Experience: 1–2 years in casting parts inspection or manufacturing quality.

• Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC Tools, Control Plan, PDI, etc.) is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail, physical stamina, and willingness to work in a shop-floor environment.
