Job Title: QC Engineer / QC Inspector
Experience: 1–2 years
Shifts: Rotational Shift (2 Positions)
Location: Project Site

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction materials and site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Also responsible for coordinating dispatch activities to ensure timely movement of materials and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and material testing as per project requirements.

• Ensure all works meet quality standards and specifications.

• Maintain inspection records, daily reports, and test results.

• Assist in preparing quality documentation and reports.

• Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for inspection schedules.

• Oversee dispatch activities, including verification of materials before dispatch.

• Ensure proper documentation for dispatched materials (challans, loading details, approvals).

• Coordinate with logistics/transport teams to schedule and monitor dispatch movements.

• Track and report daily dispatch records to relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering (any discipline) or relevant technical background

• 1–2 years of experience in quality control for construction projects.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, report preparation).

• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

• Good communication and observation skills.

• Experience or basic understanding of dispatch/logistics workflow (preferred).
