The QA & QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements. The role involves implementing quality control procedures, inspections, documentation, and coordination with project teams to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.
Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans for construction projects.
Conduct site inspections for civil, structural, and finishing works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and shop drawings.
Ensure quality compliance of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors during inspections and audits.
Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and project documentation.
Monitor testing of materials such as concrete, steel, soil, and finishing materials.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IS codes, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Support project teams to achieve timely completion without compromising quality.
