Role & Responsibility: -

·       Quality executive is responsible for checking tools as per the drawing specification.

·       Interpret Customer technical specification and use them to design correctly the tool.

·       Provide Technical Support to Customers, Sales, Purchasing and manufacturing plants.

·       Review inspection data and author evaluation reports based on results.

·       Review spline Gauges and their validation.

·       Must have good understanding of gear tester, CMM, Contour measuring instrument, Vernier, Micrometer etc.

·       Make Key decisions on proposals, priorities, and requirements.

·       Author and/or review technical reports, presentations and product drawing.

·       As required mentor and train other engineers and technicians.

Experience & Skill: -

·       B.E.(Mechanical), must have experience of 0-1 year in the tool engineering, gear engineering etc.

·       Experience in spline, gauge, tool and other gear manufacturing industry preferred.

·       Experience on designing software like Auto CAD or any other 3-D software preferred.

·        Must have experience making written and verbal presentation
in English to management and customer.

·       Must have experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Points.

·       Must be a self-directed and motivated individual who is willing to accept responsibility.

·       Must be able to work with a team of co-workers and have good verbal and written communication skills.

·       Must be willing and able to work extra hours as necessary to complete assignments and meet deadlines.

·       Must able to travel domestically and internationally as needed based on business needs, typical travel requirement 20% equally split between domestic and international.
