What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

·        Cost of poor quality & wastage reduction: Tracking of online waste to support on reduction in waste generation and rejections.

Customer Service

·        Take part in the RCA process, executing the corrective actions.

Internal Processes

·        Preparations of Batches and recording to ensure Traceability.

·        Inspection on online quality parameters and Finished goods inspection against standard

·        Responsible for GMP and GHP in the unit.

·        Responsible for co-coordinating with customer departments like procurement, production for cross functional activities.

·        Responsible for quality testing of RM, PM and FG and release of the same.

·        Responsible for SAP related activities in process quality function.

Innovation and Learning

·        Taking small initiatives / Kaizens to solve the problem.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

·        Graduate in science background, Food Tech, B. Tech or equivalent.

·        BSC or MSC chemistry or science-based candidates.

·        Fresher or 1+ years of relevant work experience in quality management in a food industry.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

·        Quick learning skills

·        Adaptive to different culture and team work.
