PPC Executive – Formwork (Advanced Knowledge Required)

📍 Job Location:

Sector 37A, Gurugram, Haryana

🏭 Department:

PPC (Production Planning & Control) – Formwork / Manufacturing Plant

🕘 Working Time:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 6 Days Working

• Sunday Off

💰 Salary Package:

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  (Negotiable as per experience & expertise)

📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Detailed production planning specifically for formwork systems

• Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly production schedules

• Understanding & planning of Aluminium / Steel Formwork components

• BOM (Bill of Materials) planning & material requirement calculation

• Coordination with Design, Production, Stores & Dispatch teams

• Monitoring WIP, cycle time & output vs plan

• Handling order-wise production tracking

• ERP / Excel-based planning & reporting

• Identifying bottlenecks & ensuring timely dispatch

• Maintaining PPC MIS & management reports

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial)

• 3–6 years experience in PPC role

• Mandatory experience in Formwork Manufacturing field

🧠 Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Formwork systems & components

• Advanced Production Planning & Scheduling

• Excellent MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Planning Sheets)

• ERP / SAP knowledge preferred

• Analytical & coordination skills
