Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily packaging activities and ensure smooth workflow on the packaging line.
• Plan and allocate work to packaging staff according to production schedules.
• Ensure all finished products are properly packed, labeled, and ready for dispatch as per company standards.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure efficient handover of finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the packaging area.
