Job description:
Job Summary:
Responsible for overall control of fabric checking, internal process flow, and timely delivery of Greige and RFD fabric to next stages. Ensures that all operations meet quality standards and dispatch schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise fabric checking to ensure quality, measurement, and defect control.
Maintain proper internal process flow between Greige, RFD, Dyeing, Printing, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure timely delivery of fabric to next processing stages and final dispatch.
Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams for smooth operations.
Monitor fabric movement, report delays, and resolve process bottlenecks.
Maintain records for daily checking and delivery status.
Implement systems to reduce reprocessing, handling loss, and delay.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or equivalent.
Experience: 10–15 years in fabric processing and checking management.
Skills:
Strong supervision and coordination ability.
Excellent knowledge of greige & RFD fabric flow.
Result-oriented approach for timely execution.
