Job Title: Solar Structure Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solar Structure Manufacturing Manager to oversee the entire production process of solar mounting structures. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and a deep understanding of solar structure design, fabrication, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Production Management:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations for solar mounting structures.

• Ensure timely production and delivery as per project requirements.

✔ Quality Control:

• Maintain quality standards (IS, IEC, MNRE guidelines).

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure durability and compliance.

✔ Design & Development:

• Coordinate with design team for structural drawings and load analysis.

• Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and strength.

✔ Inventory & Procurement:

• Monitor raw material stock (MS, GI, Aluminum).

• Liaise with vendors for timely material supply at competitive rates.

✔ Team Leadership:

• Manage production staff, assign tasks, and ensure safety compliance.

• Conduct training sessions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

✔ Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily/weekly production reports.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Structural Engineering (Preferred).
✅ 3+ years of experience in solar structure fabrication/manufacturing or related industry.
✅ Knowledge of welding, galvanization, and fabrication processes.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Familiarity with AutoCAD / SolidWorks (Preferred).
✅ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
