Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our modular building, portable cabins, and prefabricated structure installation works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on supervisory experience, and the ability to efficiently coordinate manpower, materials, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for portable cabins, prefab structures, UPVC doors/windows installation, kiosks, and related project works.

• Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

• Monitor manpower, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

• Maintain daily site reports, material tracking, work progress documentation, and client updates.

• Handle site measurements, basic quantity checks, and ensure materials are used efficiently.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety practices at all times.

• Resolve on-site issues, highlight risks, and escalate critical matters to the project manager.

• Ensure proper installation quality, finishing, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / BE in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.

• Minimum 0–5 years of experience in site supervision for prefab structures, steel buildings, modular cabins, or related construction works.

• Sound knowledge of structural fabrication, installation, and basic civil works.

• Ability to read technical drawings and execute accordingly.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

• Good communication skills – ability to interact with clients and vendors professionally.

• Must be physically fit, disciplined, and able to handle site pressure.

• Own motorcycle and license preferred.

Location Requirement

• Candidate must be from in and around Walajabad, Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, or nearby areas for immediate site deployment.
