Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled Roll Grinding Operator to join our team at Innovative Clad Solutions Ltd. The candidate must have experience in operating roll grinding machines (manual or CNC) and ensure precision surface finish and roll profile as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll grinding machines to grind cylindrical metal rolls

• Measure and inspect roll surface using micrometers, dial gauges, and roughness testers

• Perform profile correction, taper removal, and surface finishing

• Maintain machines and ensure proper tool alignment and balancing

• Handle large and heavy industrial rolls safely and efficiently

• Maintain shift log and follow safety protocols

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of roll grinding, surface finishing, and profile corrections

• Able to read drawings and use precision measuring tools

• Experience in handling rolls used in steel, paper, or cladding mills

• Familiarity with roll materials like chrome, forged steel, etc.

• CNC roll grinding experience is an added advantage
