We are looking for a Junior Quality Engineer (or) Junior Quality Inspector to join our team HEEW HR. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of 15000 to 23000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production.
Assemble, pack, and inspect products following standard company guidelines.
Maintain accurate production records and manage tool room inventory.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Support cross-functional teams in tool improvements and new mold trials.
Identify defects, report issues promptly, and assist in process improvements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/B.E and 1 to 3 Years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
