We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fitter (Maintenance) to perform maintenance, repair, and installation work on machinery and equipment. The candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operation of production systems by carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of machines, mechanical systems, and plant equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in machines.

• Install, assemble, and align new machinery and mechanical components.

• Inspect and replace defective parts using hand tools and measuring instruments.

• Work closely with the electrical and production teams to minimize downtime.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.

• Follow all safety protocols and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter / Mechanical Trade.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field (Fresher with strong practical knowledge can also apply).

• Good knowledge of machine parts, bearings, shafts, motors, and alignment techniques.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication will be an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.
