POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for skilled and experienced ITI Fitters to join our Fabrication & Assembly Team for EOT Crane manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in fabrication, fitting, alignment, and assembly of heavy structural components as per technical drawings and engineering specifications. The role requires mechanical expertise, precision, and a strong focus on safety and quality. Candidates must be

self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Perform fabrication, fitting, and assembly of EOT cranes and structural components as per approved

drawings.

▪ Carry out alignment, measurement, and inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and assembly standards.
▪ Collaborate with the welding, machining, and electrical teams to complete the fabrication process

efficiently.

▪ Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in compliance with safety standards and operational

procedures.

▪ Identify defects or deviations during the assembly process and report promptly to the supervisor.

▪ Support in installation, load testing, and site work as required.

▪ Adhere strictly to quality control procedures and company safety guidelines.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

▪ Education: SSLC / ITI (Fitter Trade Compulsory)

▪ Experience: 2–3 years in fabrication and assembly, preferably in EOT Crane Manufacturing or Heavy

Engineering Industry.

▪ Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly processes, layout, and alignment.

▪ Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and use hand/power tools effectively.
