Job Title: Fabrication Engineer

Location: Bahadurgarh Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Production Manager / Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Engineer with complete knowledge of fabrication drawings, processes, and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in interpreting engineering drawings, preparing fabrication plans, and using relevant software like AutoCAD. Experience with power quoting, costing, and production coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings accurately.

·         Plan and coordinate fabrication activities as per project requirements.

·         Prepare detailed material lists, cutting plans, and fabrication schedules.

·         Work with AutoCAD and other design tools to prepare and modify drawings.

·         Coordinate with the production team, welders, and fitters to ensure quality and timely delivery.

·         Prepare power quotations and cost estimates for fabrication projects.

·         Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines.

·         Inspect fabricated items to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

·         Maintain project documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·         Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and standards.

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD/CAM tools.

·         Experience in power quoting and fabrication costing.

·         Ability to read, understand, and modify fabrication drawings.

·         Good communication and team coordination skills.

·         Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

·         Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

·         5–8 years of experience in fabrication engineering.

·         Hands-on knowledge of fabrication shop practices.
