Job Title: Admin & Facility Executive
Department: Administration / Facilities Management
Location: Gurugram
Job Type: Full-time
Salary – 30 to 35k in hand per month +PF
Gender - Male candidates are preferred

This role is integral to ensuring that all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and related systems, are managed and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to operational efficiency by fostering a safe, clean, and functional working environment for all employees and visitors.

Job Description:-

We're seeking a Facility Executive to manage and maintain our office premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for our employees. As a Facility Executive, you'll be responsible for:

•Overseeing housekeeping and maintenance services
•Managing client engagement and relationships
•Ensuring infrastructure and facilities are well-maintained
•Coordinating with vendors and service providers
•Implementing and maintaining facility management systems

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Facility Maintenance & Operations

2. Health, Safety & Statutory Compliance

3. Vendor & Contractor Management.

4. Space Planning & Office Infrastructure

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

6. Asset & Inventory Management

7. Administrative Support & Documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills: -

•2 to 5 years of proven experience in administration or facility executive management roles.
•In-depth understanding of building systems, equipment, and statutory compliance requirements.
•Knowledge of facility management software and systems.
•Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software/tools.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage vendors and stakeholders.
