Job Summary:

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machines equipped with Siemens controllers to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The role involves machine setup, operation, quality checks, and basic maintenance of machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines with Siemens controllers.

• Load raw materials and tools as per job requirements.

• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.

• Input, edit, and verify programs on Siemens control panel when required.

• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances.

• Conduct regular measurements and inspections of finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the machine and work area.

• Report any machine malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Perform basic maintenance and preventive checks on machines.

• Maintain production records and documentation.
