Job Title: CNC Operator / CNC Programmer
Location: Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2–6 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator / Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Navi Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machines, programming, and operation, ensuring precision and quality in all machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, Laser, or Waterjet) efficiently.
2. Program CNC machines using CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent).

3. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM outputs.
4. Perform tool changes, machine setups, and quality checks as per production standards.
5. Ensure machine maintenance, calibration, and compliance with safety protocols.
6. Troubleshoot minor machine and program issues to avoid production delays.
7. Maintain production documentation and report progress to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming.
2. Strong knowledge of CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.).
3. Familiarity with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
4. Experience with materials such as Steel, Aluminium, Brass, or SS.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Tool & Die or related fields.
2. Previous experience supervising small CNC setups or training junior operators.
