Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative products and systems, ensuring they meet functional requirements, safety standards, and manufacturing capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from initial concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design products, components, and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).

Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and specifications for manufacturing and assembly.

Conduct design validation through simulations, testing, and analysis (e.g., FEA, CFD).

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and performance.

Modify and revise existing designs to improve performance or correct issues.

Participate in design reviews, prototype testing, and product verification.

Maintain design documentation, including BOMs, change orders, and technical reports.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and internal policies.

Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.

Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.

Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Experience with design verification techniques and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
