We are hiring Diploma Passed-out Freshers and Experienced Candidates for a 3-Year On-the-Job Training Program. This program provides hands-on exposure in a leading manufacturing environment while pursuing a B.Sc. in Mechatronics.
Training will be conducted Monday to Friday, combining theoretical learning and practical industry exposure in the R&D and manufacturing domain.

#Roles & Responsibilities
Support R&D product design and development from concept to validation
Create and modify 3D part and assembly models using Siemens NX (UGNX)
Prepare 2D engineering drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T
Perform design feasibility, DFM/DFA, and manufacturability checks
Participate in design reviews, changes, and optimization activities
Generate CNC programs for prototype and pilot production using UGNX CAM
Create and simulate tool paths for milling and turning operations
Support prototype development, machining trials, and shop-floor troubleshooting
Assist in testing, validation, and fitment checks
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, tooling, and testing teams
Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and revision control
Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and performance enhancement initiatives
Technical Knowledge Required
Theoretical Knowledge
Engineering drawing standards & GD&T
Strength of materials and basic mechanical design
Manufacturing processes (milling, turning, drilling, etc.)
CNC machining fundamentals & basic G-code concepts
Material properties and basic heat treatment
Quality concepts, tolerances, and inspection methods
Practical Knowledge
Siemens NX (UGNX) CAD: Solid modeling, surface modeling, assemblies, detailing
Siemens NX (UGNX) CAM: Tool path generation, simulation, post-processing
CNC machining process understanding & tool selection
Use of measurement instruments and inspection tools
Prototype development and design validation support
