Executive- Tender Tracking (Off-roll) Department None Job Description Job Description for this Role Min education qualification- Graduate in any field Understanding of Government e-portals would be added advantage Tenders tracking Downloading consultancy tender documents from government portals and related from portals related to Multilateral Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) Arranging Terms of Reference (TOR) and other documents related to tenders via email requests to Tender Inviting Authority Databases creation and updation CV database - Profile of Crisil Internal Experts; External Experts (Associates) and Partner Firms Project database - Listing of all Projects as per categories defined in proposals/EOIs submitted- By Country, Sector, type of study Evaluation scores - Document scores and other related evaluation details published by Tender Inviting Authority for bids submitted Recording man day rate of experts for bids won Creating Project cost database Populate list of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mandates having achieved financial closure Any other relevant or useful databases identified in due course Supporting Proposal Desk team in documentation related to bid submissions Compiling Project Data Sheet (PDS) for experience as per RFP eligibility criteria Compiling documentary evidence for projects showcased as per RFP eligibility criteria Identify and share CVs from database as per RFP eligibility criteria Open Positions 1 Mandatory Skills Tender Tracking,Bid Support,Tender Portal,Excel Data Management Education Qualification Graduate Min.
