Tender Executive

• Search and identify relevant government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders.

• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQ, terms, and deadlines.

• Prepare tender documentation, including technical and commercial bids.

• Coordinate with sales, finance, technical, legal, and management teams for required information and approvals.

• Prepare quotations, bid forms, compliance sheets, and other tender-related documents.

• Ensure all documents meet tender requirements and are submitted before deadlines.

• Manage EMD, tender fees, security deposits, bank guarantees, and other financial requirements.

• Upload bids through e-tendering portals such as government or corporate procurement platforms.

• Maintain records of submitted, awarded, rejected, and ongoing tenders.

• Track tender results, corrigenda, clarifications, and amendments.

• Coordinate with clients/departments regarding queries, negotiations, purchase orders, and contracts.

• Maintain a database of tender opportunities and competitor/bid information.

• Prepare regular reports on tender status and business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of tendering and procurement procedures.

• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Ability to read and understand tender documents and contractual terms.

• Strong documentation and attention to detail.

• Time management and ability to work under strict deadlines.

• Knowledge of e-procurement/tender portals.

• Basic commercial, costing, and financial understanding.

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in tendering, procurement, sales coordination, or commercial operations is preferred.
