We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hindi Legal Stenographer with a minimum of two years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong Hindi shorthand and typing abilities, a solid understanding of legal terminology, and the capability to prepare accurate transcripts and legal documents in a timely manner.
Take dictation in Hindi shorthand with high accuracy and convert it into well-formatted legal documents.
Prepare, draft, and type various legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, case summaries, notices, and correspondence.
Transcribe court proceedings, meetings, and client statements when required.
Maintain and organize legal files, records, and confidential documents.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal formatting and standards.
Coordinate with advocates, clients, and office staff for documentation needs.
Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and record maintenance.
Handle documentation within deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hindi stenographer, preferably in a legal environment.
Strong command of Hindi shorthand with good speed and accuracy.
Excellent Hindi typing speed on computer.
Knowledge of legal terminology, drafting formats, and court procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
Experience working with advocates, law firms, or legal departments.
Familiarity with e-filing procedures and digital documentation systems.
