Law Firm: Lexis and Company

Location: New Delhi (Office-based only)

Position: Junior Associate / Legal Intern / Legal Trainee – Level 1

Eligibility: Law Students (3/5 Year LL.B.) & Fresh Graduates.

🧩 JOB ROLES, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

⚖️ Court & Litigation Assistance

Accompany seniors to courts; observe and assist in daily proceedings

Manage cause lists, next dates, and basic case follow-ups

Learn court procedures, filing norms, and registry practices

🖋 Drafting & Office Support

Assist in drafting notices, applications, affidavits & basic pleadings

Proof-read drafts and organize case files

Maintain records, indexes, and documentation discipline

📂 Case Preparation & Research

Conduct basic legal research and case-law compilation

Prepare short notes, factsheets, and brief summaries for seniors

Support seniors during client conferences (note-taking & document collation)

🤝 Professional Conduct

Maintain strict confidentiality

Follow office protocols, reporting systems, and timelines

Learn professional etiquette and courtroom discipline

💰 REMUNERATION & PAY BAND

Legal Intern / Trainee: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month

This is a strictly office-based role

Daily office presence and court visits are mandatory
