Hiring : Legal Officer | Legal Executive – Real Estate

Location: Bengaluru, HSR

Experience: 4–8 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a Legal Officer with strong expertise in real estate documentation, legal drafting, and property due diligence. The ideal candidate will independently manage legal documentation, coordinate with internal teams, authorities, and external legal professionals, and ensure compliance across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and review agreements, contracts, notices, MoUs, sale deeds and other legal documents.

- Conduct property/land due diligence including title verification and ownership records.

- Identify legal risks, discrepancies, and provide inputs to management.

- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities.

- Maintain records of legal documents, approvals, and correspondence.

- Support management with day‑to‑day legal queries and compliance matters.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 4–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate/property law.

- Strong hands‑on experience in legal drafting and documentation.

- Practical knowledge of property/land due diligence.

- Kannada reading and speaking is mandatory.

- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
