Legal Executive / Legal Manager – Real Estate

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi

Salary: Rs 30,000 – Rs 50,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Age: 35 years or above

Preferred Residence: Dwarka or nearby areas

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Professional capable of independently handling legal documentation, negotiations, notices, leasing and coordination with advocates and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting, reviewing and finalizing Buyer-Seller Agreements, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds and other property-related agreements.

- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential leasing, including Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, renewals and related documentation.

- Drafting and reviewing Legal Notices, Replies, Representations, Settlement Agreements, MoUs, Undertakings, Indemnities and NOCs.

- Good practical understanding of Arbitration matters, including arbitration clauses, notices, claims/replies and coordination with arbitration counsel.

- Handling legal negotiations with buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and other parties.

- Handling matters relating to payment defaults, cancellations, refunds, settlements and contractual disputes.

- Coordinating effectively with external advocates, counsels, government authorities, registration offices and internal management.

- Maintaining proper follow-up of court cases, arbitration proceedings, notices and other pending legal matters.

- Reviewing agreements and identifying legal and commercial risks before execution.

- Maintaining proper legal records, documentation and case-wise follow-up.

Preferred Candidate

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a real estate developer/company.

- Age 35+.

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

- Good communication and coordination/follow-up skills.

- Should be capable of handling routine legal matters independently.

- Candidate residing in Dwarka or nearby areas will be preferred.
