The Legal Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Legal Department, ensuring that all legal processes, documentation, and communications are handled efficiently. This role involves coordinating legal activities, maintaining records, assisting with contract management, and supporting compliance initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Manage the Legal Department’s calendar, deadlines, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, hearings, and conference calls.
Maintain and organize legal files (physical and electronic).
Document and Contract Management:
Draft, review, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Track contract lifecycles, renewals, and expirations.
Ensure proper execution, filing, and archiving of agreements.
