🚨 We’re Hiring | Land & Legal Professional 🚨

🏢 Prominence Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Land & Legal Professional to join our growing team.

⚖️ Role Overview :
The ideal candidate should hold an LLB from a reputed institute with 2–6 years of experience in land acquisition and legal affairs related to:
Forest Land Diversion
Industrial & commercial land
Renewable energy projects
Across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand.

📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct legal and title due diligence to ensure clear, risk-free land titles
✅ Verify ownership records and check encumbrances
✅ Draft and review land documents (LDA, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Family Settlements)
✅ Ensure compliance with registration, stamp duty, and state-specific land laws
✅ Coordinate with land aggregators, legal counsel, and revenue authorities
✅ Prepare title reports, legal opinions, mutation, and land conversion documentation
✅ Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks

🎯 Required Experience
🔹 2–6 years of experience in land legal due diligence and documentation
🔹 Experience in Madhya Pradesh & Jharkhand
🔹 Prior experience with renewable energy developers preferred
🔹 Exposure to TSR, land acquisition processes, and reputed law firms
🔹 Land litigation experience (SDM Court, RAA & BoR, District Courts) preferred
🔹 Knowledge of stamp duty adjudication and mortgage creation
🌱 This is a key role supporting greenfield projects, land bank expansion, and legal risk management.
