Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to handle day-to-day legal matters, documentation, contract review, compliance, and coordination with external legal counsel. The candidate should have good knowledge of applicable laws, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple legal tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, notices, letters, and other legal documents.

• Review legal documents and identify potential risks and liabilities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Maintain and organize legal records, agreements, notices, and case-related documents.

• Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in handling litigation, legal notices, disputes, and court-related matters.

• Conduct legal research and provide summaries/advice on relevant legal issues.

• Monitor contracts, renewals, obligations, and important legal deadlines.

• Support the organization in corporate and regulatory compliance matters.

• Assist senior management and internal departments with legal queries.

• Prepare legal reports, MIS, and status updates as required.

Required Qualifications

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in a legal field.

• Strong drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and legal research tools.
