Handling SARFAESI Proceedings (Section 13)
Manage actions under Section 13 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, including issuance of demand notices under Section 13(2) and taking symbolic/physical possession under Section 13(4) in case of borrower default.
Drafting and Vetting Legal Notices
Draft, review, and issue demand notices, possession notices, and related correspondence in compliance with statutory timelines and procedural requirements under Section 13.
Section 14 Applications (Assistance from Magistrate)
