The Paralegal at MyOnlineVakeel Legal & Consultancy Services will support

advocates and legal consultants in day-to-day legal operations. The role involves

legal research, drafting, documentation, compliance support, and client coordination,

ensuring accurate and timely delivery of legal and consultancy services through a

digital-first model.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct legal research on statutes, rules, case laws, and regulations

 Assist in drafting legal documents such as notices, agreements, affidavits,

petitions, and contracts

 Prepare and review compliance-related documents (ROC, MCA, GST,

MSME, etc.)

 Maintain case files, client records, and legal documentation (physical and

digital)

 Coordinate with clients to collect information and explain procedural

requirements

 Support advocates in litigation and non-litigation matters

 Track deadlines, hearings, filings, and compliance calendars

 Assist in intellectual property filings (Trademark, Copyright) and follow-ups

 Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information
