Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft and review petitions, applications, contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
• Assist in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation matters.
• Support compliance checks, risk assessments, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate documentation for NCLT proceedings and liaise with external counsel.
• Prepare concise legal briefs, summaries, and internal reports.
• Assist in matters relating to corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Eligibility & Skills:
• LL.B. Degree (mandatory).
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.
• Understanding of corporate laws and compliance requirements.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
